Scotch and Soda's former owner found guilty

While the penalty is nowhere near as severe as I would like to see, the person who kept Scotch and Soda in a 2 foot by 3 foot filthy pen (and 161 other animals in equally disgusting conditions) has been banned from owning animals for ten years with the exception of one pet for each of her two children.
